개인정보처리방침

PLANOMAD(이하 “회사”)은 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 수립·공개합니다. 본 방침은 PLANOMAD 계정 및 회사가 운영하는 앱·서비스(이하 “서비스”)에 적용됩니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목 및 수집 방법

필수 항목: 계정 식별자 및 인증 수단(패스키 공개키 또는 이메일 주소)
선택 항목: 패스키 계정의 복구용 이메일 주소
선택 프로필 항목: 이름, 프로필 이미지, 나이, 성별, 운동 빈도 및 단위 설정
REDDY 기록: 운동 계획·종목·세트·중량·반복 수·휴식·루틴, 식사·음식명·영양정보·수분·영양 목표, 체중·체성분 측정값 및 직접 입력 또는 InBody 스캔 여부
결제 항목: 스토어, 상품 및 거래 식별자, 구독 상태·기간·자동 갱신 여부
자동 수집 항목: 앱 버전, 운영체제, 언어, 시간대, 앱 실행별 임의 식별자, 화면 및 기능 이용 기록, 오류·충돌 발생 여부, 접속 로그(IP 등), 쿠키 및 유사 기술
광고를 볼 때(무료 플랜, 이용자가 선택한 경우): 광고 식별자, 기기·네트워크 정보(Google AdMob이 수집)
수집 방법: 패스키 생성, 이메일 로그인·복구 등록, 프로필 및 기록 입력, InBody QR 스캔, 스토어 결제, 서비스 이용 과정에서 자동으로 생성·수집

REDDY Assistant의 답변 생성: 질문할 때마다 질문과 같은 대화의 최근 메시지, REDDY Assistant가 기억한 문장, 프로필(성별·출생연도)·체중·체성분·운동(세트, 휴식 시간, 운동 시각, 파트너가 남긴 메모 포함)·유산소·식단(끼니별 메뉴와 먹은 시각 포함)·수분 기록을 함께 보내 답을 만듭니다. 대화 내용은 이용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다. 서버에는 하루 질문 횟수와, 이용자가 대화에서 자신에 대해 말한 사실 가운데 REDDY Assistant가 기억하기로 한 짧은 문장(예: 부상, 운동 가능한 요일, 식단 원칙)만 남으며, 이 기억은 앱에서 하나씩 또는 모두 지울 수 있고 계정을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. 이용자가 답변의 버튼으로 승인한 경우에만 체중·영양 목표·오늘 운동이 바뀝니다.

3. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간

회사는 원칙적으로 회원 탈퇴 시 또는 수집·이용 목적 달성 시 지체 없이 개인정보를 파기합니다. 다만 관계 법령에서 일정 기간 보존을 요구하는 결제 기록은 해당 기간 동안 보관하며, 계정 탈퇴 후에는 계정 식별자를 제거하거나 분리하여 보관할 수 있습니다.

4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 본 방침에서 정한 범위를 넘어 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 법령에 근거가 있거나, 수사기관이 법령에 정해진 절차에 따라 요청하는 경우에는 예외로 합니다.

공유한 운동 페이지. REDDY에서 운동을 공유하면 그 운동의 링크(planomad.com/w/…)를 가진 사람은 누구나 앱 없이 종목·세트·무게·운동 시간과 공유 카드 이미지를 볼 수 있습니다. 이름·위치·신체 정보·메모는 담기지 않습니다. 계정을 삭제하면 공유한 운동 페이지도 함께 삭제됩니다. 링크를 통해 가입한 경우 어느 링크로 왔는지를 기록합니다. 도전장에는 그 기록이 보낸 이의 이전 기록과 얼마나 자연스럽게 이어지는지(기록 신뢰도)가 함께 표시됩니다.

파트너 운동. 블루투스를 허용하면, REDDY를 열어 둔 동안(운동 중이 아닐 때) 근처의 REDDY 사용자가 파트너 운동에 초대할 수 있도록 휴대폰이 이름을 블루투스로 알립니다. 연결된 두 사람은 서로의 이름과 진행 중인 종목·세트를 보고, 상대의 세트를 대신 기록할 수 있습니다. 연결이 끊겨도 이어지도록 파트너 운동 중 오간 기록은 서버에 저장되며, 끝난 파트너 운동의 결과(두 사람의 이름·운동 부위·시간·세트 수)는 그 링크(planomad.com/pw/…)를 가진 사람이 볼 수 있습니다.

5. 개인정보 처리의 위탁

회사는 원활한 서비스 제공을 위해 아래와 같이 개인정보 처리를 위탁하고 있으며, 수탁업체가 관련 법령을 준수하도록 관리·감독합니다.

6. 개인정보의 국외 이전

위 수탁업체는 국외에 서버를 두고 개인정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 이전되는 항목은 제1항의 개인정보이며, 이전 목적은 제2항의 이용 목적과 같고, 보유 기간은 위탁 계약 종료 또는 처리 목적 달성 시까지입니다. 이용자는 서비스 가입 및 이용을 통해 이러한 국외 이전에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

7. 추적 및 광고

무료 플랜에서 이용자가 직접 '광고 보고 1번 더'를 누를 때만 Google AdMob의 보상형 광고가 표시됩니다. 광고 제공과 부정 이용 방지를 위해 광고 식별자 등 기기 정보가 Google에 전송되며, 아이폰은 이용자가 추적을 허용한 경우에만, 안드로이드는 기기의 광고 설정에 따라 맞춤형 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다. 추적을 허용하지 않아도 광고와 보상은 같습니다. 운동·식단·신체 기록 등 REDDY 기록은 광고에 쓰이거나 광고 회사에 제공되지 않으며, 회사는 이용자의 정보를 데이터 브로커에 판매하지 않습니다.

8. 정보주체의 권리·의무 및 행사 방법

이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 권리 행사는 로 요청하실 수 있으며, 회사는 지체 없이 필요한 조치를 취합니다.

9. 개인정보의 파기

보유 기간이 경과하거나 처리 목적이 달성된 개인정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자적 파일 형태의 정보는 복구·재생이 불가능한 방법으로 삭제합니다.

10. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치

회사는 전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS/TLS), 접근 권한 통제 등 합리적인 기술적·관리적 보호조치를 시행합니다.

11. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보

회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

13. 고지의 의무

본 방침의 내용 변경 시 시행 7일 전(이용자 권리에 중대한 영향을 미치는 변경은 30일 전)부터 서비스 내 또는 본 페이지를 통해 공지합니다.

PLANOMAD (“we,” “us”) complies with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and other applicable laws. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. It applies to your PLANOMAD account and the apps and services we operate (the “Services”).

1. Information we collect

Required: your account identifier and authentication credential (a passkey public key or email address).
Optional: a recovery email address for a passkey account.
Optional profile data: name, profile image, age, sex, workout frequency, and unit preference.
REDDY records: workout plans, exercises, sets, weight, repetitions, rest and routines; meals, food names, nutrition, water and nutrition goals; weight and body-composition readings and whether they were entered manually or imported from an InBody scan.
Purchase data: store, product and transaction identifiers, subscription status, term, and auto-renewal status.
Collected automatically: app version, operating system, language, time zone, a random per-launch identifier, screen and feature interactions, error or crash occurrence, access logs such as IP address, and cookies or similar technologies.
When you choose to watch an ad on the free plan: the advertising identifier and device and network information (collected by Google AdMob).
How: when you create a passkey, sign in by email, add a recovery email, enter a profile or record, scan an InBody QR code, make a store purchase, or use the Services.

2. How we use it

To identify you, provide passkey or email-code sign-in, and verify account recovery.
To store, sync, restore, and summarize workout, meal, and body-composition records.
To identify entered foods and calculate their nutrition information.
To answer REDDY Assistant questions: each question is sent with the recent messages of the same conversation, the facts the assistant remembers, and your profile (sex, birth year), weight, body composition, workouts (sets, rest times, when you trained, and notes a workout partner left), cardio, meals (dishes and the time you ate them) and water records so the answer can be written. The conversation is stored only on your device. Our servers keep only how many questions you asked that day and the short facts about yourself the assistant chose to remember from what you said (such as an injury, the days you can train, or a diet rule); you can delete them one by one or all at once in the app, and they are deleted with your account. Weight, nutrition goals, or today's workout change only when you approve it with the answer's button.

To provide, operate, diagnose, secure, maintain, and improve the Services.
To let one PLANOMAD account sign you in across our apps.
To prevent abuse and keep the Services secure.
To meet our legal obligations.

3. Retention

We delete your personal information without undue delay when you close your account or when the purpose of processing is fulfilled. Purchase records that must be retained by law are kept for the required period and may be retained with the account identifier removed or separated.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not share your personal information beyond what this Policy describes, except where required by law or in response to a lawful request from authorities.

Shared workout pages. When you share a workout from REDDY, anyone with its link (planomad.com/w/…) can see its exercises, sets, weights, workout time and share-card image without the app. Your name, location, body measurements and notes are not included. Deleting your account deletes your shared workout pages too. If you join through a link, we record which link you came from. A challenge shows how naturally its record follows the sender's earlier records (record confidence).

Partner workouts. If you allow Bluetooth, while REDDY is open (and no workout is running) your phone announces your name over Bluetooth so REDDY users nearby can invite you. Two connected people see each other's name and current exercise and set, and can log each other's sets. So a dropped connection can catch up, what passes between them during a partner workout is stored on our servers, and a finished partner workout's result (both names, muscle groups, time and set count) can be seen by anyone with its link (planomad.com/pw/…).

5. Processors

We use the following processors to operate the Services and supervise their compliance:

Supabase, Inc. — authentication and database hosting.
Amazon Web Services, Inc. — sending sign-in emails (SES).
Cloudflare, Inc. — content delivery (CDN).
Google LLC — identifying entered foods and calculating nutrition information using Gemini and grounded search, and generating REDDY Assistant answers (Gemini).
Google LLC — rewarded ads on the free plan (AdMob).
Apple Inc. and Google LLC — app-market payment processing and subscription verification.

6. International transfers

The processors above may store and process data on servers outside Korea. The data transferred is the information in Section 1, for the purposes in Section 2, retained until the processing contract ends or the purpose is fulfilled. By using the Services you consent to these transfers.

7. Tracking and advertising

On the free plan, a rewarded ad from Google AdMob is shown only when you choose "Watch an ad, 1 more". To serve it and prevent fraud, device information such as the advertising identifier is sent to Google; ads may be personalized on iPhone only if you allow tracking, and on Android according to your device's ad settings. Declining tracking changes neither the ad nor the reward. Your REDDY records — workouts, meals and body data — are never used for ads or given to advertisers, and we do not sell your information to data brokers.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time by emailing . We will act without undue delay.

9. Deletion

Information that has reached the end of its retention period, or whose purpose has been fulfilled, is deleted without undue delay and in a manner that prevents recovery.

10. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls.

11. Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.
