계정 및 데이터 삭제

REDDY는 PLANOMAD가 제공하는 서비스입니다. 앱 안에서 PLANOMAD 계정과 관련 데이터를 직접 영구 삭제할 수 있습니다.
앱에서 바로 삭제하기
- REDDY를 열고 PLANOMAD 계정으로 로그인합니다.
- 화면 상단의 프로필을 누른 뒤 이름 또는 프로필 카드를 누릅니다.
- 내 계정 화면 아래의 계정 삭제를 누릅니다.
- 안내를 확인하고 삭제를 누릅니다.
앱을 사용할 수 없다면 로 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
삭제되는 데이터
계정 인증 정보와 패스키 등록, 이름·프로필 사진·복구 이메일, 그리고 REDDY의 운동·루틴·유산소·식사·영양·체중·체성분 기록과 몸 변화 사진을 포함한 PLANOMAD 앱 데이터가 삭제됩니다.
보관될 수 있는 데이터
관계 법령, 결제 분쟁 처리 또는 부정 이용 방지를 위해 필요한 앱 마켓 거래·결제 기록은 계정 식별자를 제거하거나 분리한 상태로 법정 보관 기간 동안, 필요한 경우 최대 5년간 보관될 수 있습니다.
계정 삭제는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play 구독을 자동으로 해지하지 않습니다. 먼저 앱의 구독 관리에서 구독을 해지해 주세요.
계정을 유지하고 일부 데이터만 삭제하기
운동, 식사, 신체 기록과 몸 변화 사진은 REDDY의 각 기록 화면에서 개별적으로 삭제할 수 있습니다.
REDDY is a service provided by PLANOMAD. You can permanently delete your PLANOMAD account and related data directly in the app.
Delete in the app
- Open REDDY and sign in to your PLANOMAD account.
- Tap the profile at the top of the screen, then tap your name or profile card.
- Scroll to Delete Account on the My Account screen.
- Review the notice and tap Delete.
If you cannot use the app, email to request account deletion.
Data that is deleted
We delete account authentication data and passkey registrations, your name, profile photo and recovery email, and PLANOMAD app data including REDDY workout, routine, cardio, meal, nutrition, weight, body-composition and progress-photo records.
Data that may be retained
App-market transaction and payment records required for legal compliance, payment disputes or fraud prevention may be retained with the account identifier removed or separated for the legally required period, up to five years where required.
Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it first from Manage Subscription in the app.
Delete selected data without deleting your account
You can delete individual workout, meal, body and progress-photo records from their respective screens in REDDY.
