How a gym runs today.

  1. “How do I cut what I pay in staff time and run it all in one place?”

Members in one program, PT logs in another app, check-ins on yet another machine; separate contracts and logins, the same member typed in again and again.

  2. “Are my trainers really looking after their members?”

Meals arrive as chat photos, solo workouts only if someone asks, the record is buried in each trainer’s chats, and the member rarely feels looked after.

  3. “How many PT sessions are left: the spreadsheet or the trainer’s notes?”

When they disagree come the “how many are left?” messages and the arguments.

  4. “Why hasn’t this member been in lately? When did their membership end?”

Finding out after they stop coming, the moment to offer a renewal has passed.

  5. “That trainer has left. Where are their members’ records?”

The session records live only in that trainer’s chats and own notebook.

  6. “How much did we take this month? Where did the new members come from?”

The answer is somewhere in the spreadsheet and the receipt pile.

Here’s the thing.

Why not just use one?

One thing breaks and you’re calling each company, filing each ticket.

Tired already?

Running a gym is hard enough, comparing every month’s sales.

Better to take one stress off the pile.

And another thing.

Does someone really have to sit at the desk all day?

Checking members in, handing out locker keys, taking them back.

Maybe it’s time to look again at the system that runs the business.

Check-ins, at least, can run themselves.

A tablet at the door writes them by face. Even with the desk empty.

See REDDY CHECK-IN

The person who did that is free for other work, and maybe the seat isn’t needed at all.

Desk software knowsonly what the desk types in.

Meals, solo workouts and weight are records only a member can make.

REDDY Console is joined to REDDY, the app members log their training in. Trainers use the same REDDY.

When a member logs it,their trainer sees it.

No collecting meal photos over chat, no asking whether they trained.

Exact records, exact progress.

Members who feel looked afterdon’t leave easily.

And in the end, a PT gym’s sales are made by the members who stay.

With REDDY Console.

Member management, PT logs, the members’ app and check-ins

all run on REDDY Console.

For the ownerOne contract, one place to call, one login per person: that’s all you look after.

Member management, PT logs, the members’ app and check-ins

all run on REDDY Console.
  • The desk runs REDDY Console on a Mac or Windows computer, trainers and members use REDDY on their phones, and the door is one tablet. It’s all joined up, so a member’s details are entered once.
  • A member registered at the desk is the one in the trainer’s list of members and the one the door tablet greets by face.
  • Every member of staff signs in with their own account and joins the gym with one invite code. No separate login for each program.
  • Send the list you keep now, as a spreadsheet or a photo of the attendance book, and we move it, with each membership’s end date and sessions left.

A member logs a meal, a workout or their weight

and it shows on their trainer’s phone.

For the ownerTrainers get a reason to reach out even between sessions, and the renewal talk runs on the numbers built up, not on “you’ve worked hard”. Not persuasion: proof.

A member logs a meal, a workout or their weight

and it shows on their trainer’s phone.
  • In REDDY a member logs each meal as food or a photo, each set of a workout done alone with its weight and reps, and their weight.
  • The member points their camera at the desk’s QR once to connect; from then on their trainer’s phone shows these records.
  • The trainer’s screen gathers, since the last session, the days they logged meals, the days they trained alone and how their weight moved, with each meal’s calories and protein beside the targets.
  • The app members log in and the app trainers look at are both REDDY, so the records come straight across.

A trainer logs a session

and PT sessions left drop at the desk and on the member’s phone together.

For the ownerNo more “how many are left?” calls or arguments, and the desk sees each trainer’s sessions for the week.

A trainer logs a session

and PT sessions left drop at the desk and on the member’s phone together.
  • Trainers open the session in REDDY on their own phone and log the sets, with last session’s and the solo days’ weights and reps for each exercise on the same screen.
  • Once a set is logged the session counts as held and one PT session is used. A session the member missed, marked as a no-show, also uses one.
  • Sessions left are the sessions sold minus those held and missed, so the desk, the trainer’s phone and the member’s phone always show the same number.
  • At the desk, pick a trainer to see their sessions for today or the week.
  • The member’s phone shows, under My gym, days left on the membership, PT sessions left, the next session and this month’s visits.
  • If a missed log leaves sessions left wrong, the desk corrects the pack’s total. The sale date and that month’s sales stay as they were.

When a membership is 14 days from ending,

it’s first on the renewal list.

For the ownerNo more hunting for who to call before their membership ends; the renewals you used to miss get caught.

When a membership is 14 days from ending,

it’s first on the renewal list.
  • Members whose membership ends within 14 days or ended less than 30 days ago, and those with 2 PT sessions or fewer left, appear on the renewal list.
  • Each line carries the phone number and the date of the last conversation, so you know who to call first.
  • A membership on hold isn’t listed; released, its end date moves back by the days it was held.
  • When the next membership is sold, its start date is filled in as the day after the current one ends.
  • A membership keeps its name, length, amount received, payment method and who sold it. Sales count on the day paid; a refund counts in the month refunded.

A trainer leaves,

and the member records stay with the gym.

For the ownerA trainer leaving doesn’t break the care: the next one reads the past sessions and carries on.

A trainer leaves,

and the member records stay with the gym.
  • Member details, memberships, session records (date, trainer, held or no-show, notes) and consultation notes build up with the gym, not on a trainer’s own phone.
  • End their place on the staff screen and their members are unassigned at once; that trainer can no longer see the gym’s members. Rejoining doesn’t bring the old members back.
  • The trainer who takes the member on sees their past sessions and memberships.
  • The sets a trainer logged stay in the member’s REDDY workout log too, so the member keeps their past sessions.
  • Who sees what is set by role: a trainer sees only their own members; sales are seen only by staff allowed to see them.

When you want to know how the month is going,

sales, new members and renewals are on one screen.

For the ownerYou see the month without digging through spreadsheets.

When you want to know how the month is going,

sales, new members and renewals are on one screen.
  • The month’s new members, renewals and check-ins, and where the new ones came from: a friend, search, social, a flyer, walking in.
  • Every sale with what was taken in and how, and what is still owed.
  • A sale counts on the day paid; a refund counts in the month refunded, so last month’s figure stays put.
  • Only staff allowed to see sales see this screen.
