REDDY

REDDY 1.0.2What's new

Workout done. One picture. One link. And a partner.

1.0.2: one picture, a link to copy or beat, a partner to log your sets.

Partner workout — take turns

Partner workout on the ready screen finds people nearby, iPhone or Android.

Invites pop up wherever REDDY is open; accepting loads the inviter's routine.

Pick who's first; START counts both down.

Turns alternate each set: "Joon's turn · Bench, set 2".

The lifter never touches a phone; the other logs for them.

The inviter moves on; both phones follow.

Not nearby? Connect with a QR or a link.

Warns when the connection drops; reopen the app and your logged sets are still there.

Ending ends both: "Ryan × Joon · Chest · 72 min · 28 sets", shareable; sets stay each person's.

REDDY Assistant — there when you ask

Ask from the chat button up top. No screenshots needed: it answers from your log, in numbers.

It flags short rests and stalled lifts when asked.

Pro: say "bench 60 kg 3×10" and one tap logs it. Meals, water, cardio, weight too.

Missing records? One button away.

Advice briefly cites exercise science.

Chats live in a side drawer.

It remembers what you say; delete any time.

App complaints go straight to the team.

The workout link

The card carries a link to the workout — no app needed.

Sets beating a lift's best get a PR mark.

Do this workout today puts it on their day, even if they install the app first.

One Share button: Instagram, Messages, Save Image — link included.

Challenge: pick a lift — "Bench press 80kg × 8. Beat that." — taking it adds it to their day.

Challenge day: the lightning button sends your set beside theirs.

Turn your link off anytime; report a link, block its sender.

Links carry no name, place, body data or notes.

Record confidence — challenges you can trust

A challenge shows how far its record can be trusted: High confidence, Consistent record, Limited record or Sudden jump. No score is shown.

Confidence looks at how naturally the record follows the sender's last eight weeks of the same lift: weight and rep changes, and whether it was logged live.

Tap ⓘ beside it to see, in two or three lines, what it was judged on.

It judges that one record, not the person. The challenge page opened without the app shows the same.

One picture at the end — the share card

Finish a workout and a share button appears by + on the workout home; remake the card for any past day.

The card's title is the muscles trained, with time (first to last set), sets and total volume (weight × reps) below.

Edit the card full screen like an Instagram story, over your photo or one of three colors; the text color follows the background.

Move the record sticker with one finger, pinch or twist it with two; tap to switch between one line, stacked and big title.

Dragging shows a rule-of-thirds grid, and it snaps with a buzz near the center and level.

Pick which numbers show — muscles, time, sets, total volume — and add today's exercise list as its own sticker.

The photo, numbers, background and list buttons sit above the card, never over it.

The REDDY name stays in the same spot under the card, like a signature.

Cardio gets its own card too: the headline number big, with distance, pace and calories.

The card goes out as arranged; pick Instagram and the link is already copied for its link sticker.

Workout records — rest timing

Choose whether rests are timed. Turn off Time rests in Settings › Training and a logged set goes straight to the next — on the lock screen too.

Untimed saves a tap per set but makes comparisons and weight suggestions a little less precise. Turn it back on any time.

In your first few workouts, Don't time rests under the rest screen turns it off right there.

Untimed, Edit that set in the workout menu still fixes the set you just did.

Each finished set slides the dots aside as a new one grows.

A workout left without Finish workout ends on its own three hours after the last set, at that set's time — no time piling up overnight.

Cardio

No score: this week's time and each machine's bests.

Machines

Pick just the maker and it's logged as Model unknown; choose the model later.

Choose machine mid-workout picks today's model; next time it starts with the one you use most.

The arrow by the maker's name moves records and notes to another model — that day only, or all of them.

Add a model the list lacks with Add a model.

The machine list groups by maker, yours first.

With just one machine, its records open straight away; with two models, each card shows its model.

When a machine loads differently and past weights would read half or double, you're told first.

Nutrition

Adding food opens full screen; Add rides the keyboard.

Numbers read however typed — full-width, 22.5 → 23, "22g".

Unreadable values say which box and why.

REDDY auto-calculate's Pro prompt no longer wipes your food.

Free: watch an ad to auto-calculate a food.

Foods calculated once come back instantly.

Delete saved foods on the food page.

Account

Enter a recovery email and the code screen opens at once.

In Settings too, the code box takes only the six digits, even when pasted.

Sign-up, sign-in and recovery are much faster abroad.

Moving in

Import Hevy or Strong: a week of Pro, once per account.

Also

A failed InBody sign-in says if it's the ID or the password.

The photo prompt names the share card.

Finishing no longer flashes 0 sets in the title.

After a workout, share and start show with + at once.
